What's the difference between the two packages?
With Website complete your site grows with you: unlimited new pages and sections, changes within 24 hours and a dashboard. Website + content adds three pieces of content in your brand style every month: brochures, visuals or animated company videos.
What does unlimited new pages mean?
Everything a growing business normally needs: a new service, an extra page, a campaign, a job opening. You submit one request at a time. Once it's done, I pick up the next one. Small changes are online within 24 hours, a new page within a week after I have your copy and images. Having your whole site rebuilt in one month isn't covered. If it becomes structurally far more than usual, I'll call you and we'll find a solution together, before anything changes on your invoice.
Do I have to write the copy myself?
No. Send me the essentials: a few bullet points, a voice memo or a rough draft. I turn it into good web copy. If you want me to write a complete text from scratch, we'll agree on a price for that.
How do the three pieces of content per month work?
Every month you pick three pieces from brochures, visuals and animated company videos, with up to one video. For example one video and two visuals, or three brochures. If you don't use them in a month, you carry them over for one month. After that they expire.
Are photography or print materials included?
Brochures are, other print materials such as business cards and letterheads aren't. Printing costs are yours. Photography is booked as a separate photoshoot, so you get real images of your business for your site and your content.
What isn't included?
A web shop or payments, integrations with other systems such as a booking tool or your accounting software, translating your whole site, a login area and a complete redesign. I'm happy to quote those separately.
Can I cancel or pause?
You cancel monthly, with one month's notice. If you stop within 6 months, €497 for the build is added to your final invoice. You can also pause: for €49 per month your site stays online and secure, but I don't make changes or content.
What happens if I stop?
Your domain and your copy, photos and content are yours. You can take over your site's code for €497. If you've been a client for 24 months or longer, you get it for free. Your site stays online until the end of your last paid month.
Can I switch to a different package?
Yes, you can switch every month, including to the €147 website subscription.
